- 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots (about 2-3 medium shallots)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 3 ounces French-fried Onions (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). In a large pot, bring a generous amount of salted water to a rolling boil.
